**Proceedings of the IFA 5th World Congress
will be available after the Congress in CD format, and all full paying
delegates will receive this free of charge. Proceedings will also be
published in hard copy. Hard copies will cost 40 euro above
the Registration charge. Please indicate on the registration form if you
require a hard copy. Proceedings will be mailed to you.
