 Visa

Citizens of certain countries require entry visas for Ireland. Delegates should check with their local Irish representation if they need a visa to enter Ireland. The relevant Irish embassies overseas can be checked at http://foreignaffairs.gov.ie/embassies

Please note that all citizens of non-EU countries, whether they require a visa or not, are subject to immigration control at the point of entry to Ireland.

Where a visa is required, delegates should allow sufficient time (at least 4 months) for processing of their application(s). The Congress Organisers, or its agents, cannot accept any responsibility for visa application. Where a delegate is unable to attend because of failure to obtain a valid visa on time, the normal cancellation policy for registration fee will apply. Please contact Gemma Nolan gemma@conferencepartners.ie if you require a letter of invitation in support of your visa application for Ireland.  You will need to have paid your full registration etc to obtain a letter of invitation.  For further information on visa applications for Ireland, please see http://foreignaffairs.gov.ie/services/visa/
