ASHA Continuing Education Credits Available for Joint World Congress

ASHA CEUApplication has been made by the University of Maryland, an approved ASHA provider, to offer up to 3.15 ASHA Continuing Education Units (for attendance at the full Congress and full-day post Congress workshop on Brief Solution Focused Therapy with children and young people who stutter and their parents). Partial credit will be available. 

This Congress offers presentations at a wide variety of instructional levels.

Survey to determine future areas of research focus for Stuttering and Cluttering

In the context of the Joint World Congress, a survey has been created with the purpose of determining areas of research that are of importance to the community of people affected by stuttering and cluttering. This community includes people who stutter or clutter, their families, researchers, and clinicians. The results of this survey will be presented at the Joint World Congress in Hiroshima, on July 14th.

Welcome to the 2018 Joint World Congress

One World, Many Voices: Science and Community is the Inaugural Joint World Congress of the International Cluttering Association (ICA), International Fluency Association (IFA) and International Stuttering Association (ISA), with local host organizations the Japan Society of Stuttering and Other Fluency Disorders and the Japanese Stuttering Genyukai Organization. This event will be held in Hiroshima, Japan, from the 13th to the 16th of July, 2018.
